It’s been a very exciting spring market for our team, and one of the most notable transactions
was this home on North 91st Street. Our client, John Leopold, purchased the home as an
investment property and listed it twice last year, each time with a different brokerage, but
without success. He then engaged our team earlier this year, hoping to take full advantage of the
spring market.
“After speaking with Corey and going through the house, she had suggestions on
modifications that she felt would bring the house back up to our original asking price,” recalls
John, noting that such modifications included the addition of a beverage center, expanded
kitchen cabinetry, fresh lower-level paint, and new lighting fixtures throughout, among other
small, cosmetic changes. “We took the house off the market and did the modifications she
suggested — and pretty much followed her suggestions to a T. The house went back on the
market in the spring and sold in the first week.” The accepted offer, he adds, was “significantly
over asking,” and says the process was “a great experience.”
We feel very lucky to have worked with a client who trusted our expertise, and the story is undoubtedly representative of our commitment to delivering results.
