• Build an ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit) in 2025, with financial assistance from
  the City of Wauwatosa! The City is offering a $25,000.00 forgivable loan to up to
  four (4) individuals who build an ADU on their property in 2025. Forgivable
  loans are offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. Apply here.
• Demolition of St. Bernard’s, the City of Wauwatosa’s first Catholic Parish, is
  officially underway. The site is being redeveloped by Three Leaf Partners. Learn
