Welcome, Emma Perego!
Emma brings a strong presence to any room—and yes, we’re proudly starting with the fact that she’s our very tall, incredibly organized Transaction Manager (especially impressive since the rest of us are, well,…not so tall).
She is driven by connection, teamwork, and trust—values that make her a natural fit here. A lifelong athlete, Emma played Division I basketball at Drake University in Des Moines, where she developed the discipline, resilience, and collaborative mindset she now brings to the Double Boldt Real Estate team.
Before transitioning into real estate, Emma was a kindergarten teacher, pouring her heart and energy into her students and school community. As her own family grew, she chose a role that allowed her to bring that same care and attention home—and now she brings it to our clients as well.
Family is at the center of everything she does. Emma and her husband, Eric, are raising two sweet boys, Henry (2) and George (8 months). Outside of work, you’ll find Emma cheering on a basketball game, keeping up with her busy boys, enjoying a really good cup of coffee, baking sourdough, or dreaming up her next adventure. She has traveled to 19 countries—and counting! Wow.
We truly couldn’t be more grateful to have Emma as part of our team. It feels less like a new hire and more like she was always meant to be here.
