Whether you’re cleaning out a basement, tackling the garage, clearing an attic, or just ready to declutter after the holidays, Chano’s Maintenance is the place to call.

I have worked personally with Chano and his team; they’re hardworking, kind, and respectful, making even the biggest jobs feel easy. From moving large items to deep cleaning and prep-for-winter maintenance, they do it all, and they do it with heart.

The owner, Feliciano “Chano” Martínez, was born in Guadalajara, Mexico, and moved to the United States when he was three years old. He grew up in Milwaukee, where the nickname “Chano”—a common shortening for names ending in “-ano” in Hispanic culture—stuck with him from childhood.

Chano got his start as an entrepreneur about 20 years ago when he used his sales background to open a landscaping business, which was a part-time side job for the first several years. Although he loved the corporate world of sales, he eventually decided to pursue his business full-time.

Soon, his landscaping business expanded to include home cleanouts and winter maintenance services. Just like that, Chano’s Maintenance was born! Today, he also owns Chano’s Warehouse and Estate, where he has rummage sales for tools, antiques, and furniture.

Through his dedication, Chano turned an idea into a multifaceted business, including landscaping services, maintenance, deep cleanings, painting, moving, minor contracting work, and more.

Locally owned. Community-driven. Always smiling. Support this local business and reach out to Chano and his team for all your maintenance needs!
