One of the greatest honors of the real estate industry is when a new client becomes a repeat client. He or she has worked with our team, now trusts our process, and is seeking our expertise for a second—or even third!—time. (These clients often become friends, too, which is an even greater privilege.) Such was the case recently on Pasadena, when the owners of a midcentury gem, whom we sold the home to a few years ago, asked us to sell their property this spring. Unsurprisingly, the home sold quickly and with ease.
