When you step into Little Geese Shop, you immediately sense that this is more than just a store—it’s a labor of love. Danielle Linn, the heart and vision behind the business, has created a charming second-hand children’s boutique that blends style, quality, and affordability with something even more rare: a true safe space for young families.
The shop offers gently used, high-quality kids’ clothing at prices that make sense for growing families. But Danielle’s mission runs deeper than racks of adorable outfits. She’s building a welcoming hub—a place where parents can connect, kids can explore, and families feel seen.
And just when you think it couldn’t get any better—there’s a hidden gem inside! The Mother Goose Room is Danielle’s way of turning shopping into a moment of pause and peace. A cozy nest for little geese and their caregivers, it’s a space to rest, recharge, and soak in that “feel of home.” Families can curl up with a good book, enjoy a quiet moment, change a diaper, nurse a tiny gosling, or simply take a breath in the midst of a busy day. It’s Danielle’s heartfelt way of wrapping young moms and kids in warmth, connection, and the kind of care that makes our community feel like family.
The inspiration for Little Geese Shop runs in the family. Growing up, Danielle’s dad lovingly called her and her siblings his “geese.” When Danielle and her siblings started having children, the nickname naturally evolved to “Little Geese.” Her father, a natural businessman with a big heart for community and family, would have been an eager partner in this venture, both in spirit and in action.
“If my dad were still with us,” Danielle shares, “he would be involved in every way—especially as ‘Papa Scooter’ to the littlest geese in our family. I know he’d be cheering me on, helping with the business, and making the store an even more fun place to be.”
In just a short time, Little Geese Shop has become a reflection of Danielle’s passion for people and her belief in the power of community. It’s a space where parents don’t have to choose between affordability and quality, and where children’s laughter is part of the soundtrack of everyday business. Definitely worth a visit!
