You know I am usually a sparkling wine girlie, but the summer weather has me making an exception for this cocktail. If a margarita and an Aperol Spritz had a baby, this would be it.
Recipe:
2 ¼ oz silver tequila
1 ½ oz Aperol
2 oz lime juice
1 ¼ oz simple syrup
1 egg white
Shake, shake, shake with ice and pour into a salt-rimmed glass. Garnish with a pink grapefruit slice.
